Dr. H.P. Singh
Chairman & MD- Satin Creditcare Network Limited
Over 30 years of expertise in microfinance and industry growth.
Dr. HP Singh is a law graduate and Chartered Accountant since 1984, boasting over thirty years of microfinance expertise. He pioneered the daily collection of loan repayments and possesses extensive experience in lending, auditing, project financing, advisory services, and company law.
His financial engineering skills have been pivotal in enhancing SCNL’s operational strategy and efficiency. As a member of FICCI’s Banking and Financial Institution Committee and former Chair of Sa-Dhan, Mr. Singh has significantly contributed to industry growth. Additionally, he serves as Trade Commissioner for the Indian ASEAN Trade Council.
His leadership since SCNL’s inception in 1990 has transformed the company into a leading microfinance institution, serving millions with diverse financial solutions including microfinance, MSME, and affordable housing loans.
Mr. Rupinder Kalia

25+ years of global experience in financial services and technology.
Mr. Rupinder Kalia, CEO & Managing Director of Satin Technologies Ltd, brings over 25 years of global expertise in building and scaling technology businesses within the financial services sector. His illustrious career spans major financial hubs including Toronto, New York, Chicago, Singapore, and Tokyo, offering him a comprehensive international perspective. At Ernst and Young (EY), Rupinder successfully led the Risk Technology operations in Chicago, delivering cutting-edge solutions to top banks in the US and Canada. Previously, he spearheaded IBM’s Risk Analytics team across the Asia-Pacific region. Holding an MBA in Investment Management from York University and multiple industry certifications, Rupinder recently completed the Advanced Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. His visionary leadership drives Satin Technologies to innovate and excel in delivering complex software solutions.
Mr. Sundeep Kumar Mehta

Mr. Sundeep Kumar Mehta is a science graduate from the University of Rajasthan and holds a PG Diploma in Business Administration from Annamalai University. He has also earned numerous other certifications, degrees, and diplomas in cyber law, history, labour laws, auto engineering, and human resources. Mr Mehta was part of SCNL’s Board from 2013 to 2024 after a versatile career spanning 15 years that saw him working in high-capacity roles across organizations like the RKJ Group, Escorts Ltd., Panacea Biotech, Bata India, and Eicher Good Earth.
