About us
Businesses, households and governments depend on a few systems that must not fail. When they work, people plan, hire and invest. When they fail, the cost falls hardest on those with the least margin. Each of our businesses takes responsibility for one of those systems. Our purpose is to create possibilities by making those systems worthy of the trust placed in them.
From our Managing Director
Over 25 years of building risk and compliance technology for financial institutions, including at IBM and EY, I learned that the systems that matter most are the ones nobody notices, because they work: the encryption behind a payment, the HR platform that runs a workforce every day, the loan book that balances at a branch every evening.
We started Satin Technologies to build that kind of technology to the standard the world’s most demanding institutions expect, and to put it within reach of the organisations that need it most. QTrino Labs, Satin HR and Satin Fintech each take one of these essentials and make it reliable.
If that matters to you, as a customer, a partner or a future colleague, I would like to hear from you.
Rupinder KaliaFounding Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
How we build
Each of our businesses has its own team and focus, and draws on services shared across Satin Technologies. These are the standards they all work to.
We design for the hardest settings first: institutions that answer to regulators, plants that run around the clock, lending branches that must balance every evening, systems that cannot go offline for an upgrade. A product that works there tends to work everywhere else.
Delivery is the beginning of our accountability, not the end. QTrino Labs, for example, verifies each cryptographic change before it closes a finding. Every business is expected to show the outcome, and to keep checking after go-live.
Our products are built to meet the rules our customers answer to, wherever they operate. A customer in Toronto or Dubai should expect the same quality as a customer in Gurugram.
We take a long-term view of every business we build. That lets each one invest in the slow work, such as certification, security reviews and regulatory approval, that is often deferred under short-term ownership.
Our model
Each business has its own brand and leadership. Satin Technologies provides the shared services, capital and governance that let each one focus on its customers.
Functions such as finance, people, facilities and core technology are run once by Satin Technologies and used by every business.
Funding horizons matched to products that take time to earn trust in regulated markets.
Board oversight, risk management and controls appropriate to companies that serve financial institutions, governments and large employers.
A shared bar for security, engineering quality and data protection across every business.
A place for engineers and specialists to build serious products, and to move between businesses as they grow.
Ownership and independence
Dr. HP Singh, founder of Satin Creditcare Network, saw the need for technology businesses that earn the same trust as the financial services he spent decades building. Satin Technologies was created in 2024 to execute that vision and is headquartered in Gurugram, with offices in Toronto and Dubai.
Satin Technologies Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Satin Creditcare Network Limited (NSE: SATIN), a listed company and one of India’s leading microfinance institutions.
We operate as a separate company with our own board, management team and policies. Our businesses compete for customers on their merits and contract on commercial terms.

Our businesses
Each has its own team and brand. They share services and a common purpose: making essential systems dependable for the institutions and people who use them.
Trust
Change how you protect your data, without breaking what depends on it.
Every organisation will have to change the cryptography that protects its data as quantum computing matures. QTrino Labs helps teams make those changes in the right order, verifies each change and keeps watching afterwards.
Talent
Nurturing people across the entire employee lifecycle.
Organisations grow when their people are well managed, fairly treated and given room to develop. Satin HR brings the entire employee lifecycle into one platform, so HR leaders spend less time on administration and more on building the organisation.
Capital
Core banking and lending platforms, built by people with many years in this business.
Co-operative banks, credit co-operative societies, NBFCs and microfinance institutions often run on ageing desktop ledgers, spreadsheets or large-bank systems cut down to size. Satin Fintech gives them modern core banking and lending platforms, built for the way they actually operate and for the scrutiny of their regulators and auditors.
The team behind it has spent many years building, running and supporting systems for lenders and co-operatives. They know how a branch closes its day, how a field officer collects and what an auditor asks for. The product reflects that knowledge.
